How to reset your password

Set a new password from the sign-in page if you cannot get in.

Sign in, then Forgot password.Go to sign in

  1. Open the sign-in page and press Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address on the account.
  3. Choose a new password of between 8 and 72 characters, enter it again, and press Recover Account.
  4. We email a link to that address. It lasts for two hours. Open the link to finish, then sign in with the new password.
  5. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. If you no longer have that email address, use the contact form, choose Other, and tell us the username.
